The inaugural release on Truant Recordings, Typewritten is an entirely acoustic departure from the electronics-heavy projects and artists (Three Trapped Tigers, Heritage Orchestra, Strobes, Goldie) that I've worked with previously, yet still influenced by various aspects of electronic music.
The album was recorded across the UK as well as in Berlin, Bern and Alsace, featuring John Blease on drums, Tom Mason on double bass, Ben Trigg on cello, Raven Bush on violin, Jim Hart on vibraphone and marimba, James Allsopp on clarinets, Julian Sartorius on percussion and Otis Sandsjo on saxophone.
